The first thing that came to my mind when I thought of the Letter D was "Delightful" and what is more "Delightful" than this month's Stamp Of The Month "Balloon Animals" :)

Playful, Fun and Versatile...making a sweet addition to an Invitation, Birthday or Baby Shower card.  I created this set of four cards using a variety of coordinating colors along with our My Reflections Kaleidoscope Paper Pack.  Hope this designs give you a little Inspiration to CRAFT Something FUN!

Joyful Stars February Blog Hop...

This month I am focusing on Valentine's Day since we are celebrating a month of LOVE :)  Here's a quick little 6X6 Mini Album I made using a combination of Close To My Hearts Artbooking and Artiste Cricut Collections along with the La Vie En Rose Paper Pack.

Everything ABC's Blog Hop Letter C...

My Inspiration for Letter "C" is our Beautiful Black Beauty
Maybel.  As you can see my "C" is CAT :)  She is a JOY to our family.

I decided to focus on design for "C" and keep the design clean with the shadow of the cat being featured in each card.  I love the way the sleek black cat shows up against the bright pastels.  All three cats were cut from CTMH's Artistry Collection.

 

I used a few fun designs with the crisscross pattern,the sparkle of the shimmer trim and of course my daughters favorite the rising moon.

My Inspiration for the Letter "B" is BLOSSOMS :)  As the winter winds blow I am already thinking of Spring BLOSSOMS and what better way to do that than using CTMH's January Stamp Of The Month "Beloved Bouquet" and a few cuts from our Exclusive Cricut Cartridges.

I used our Newest Cricut Cartridge "Artistry" and one of my personal favorites "Artiste" for a combination of Sentiments and Images.  The Tea Cup and Layered Bloom with Paired Leaf is from Artistry and the Sentiments and Scalloped Layered Card are from Artiste.

The blossoms in the Tea Cup are Stamped Images from "Beloved Bouquet."  I love this beautiful stamp set and it is only available this month as our featured Stamp of the month.  Be sure to get yours before January 31, 2016 only $5 with a qualifying purchase.

Joyful Stars January Blog Hop...

Happy New Year and Welcome to the Joyful Stars January Blog Hop!

I'm so glad you could hop on by and view the Creative Inspirations of some of our talented Close To My Heart Independent Consultants.  If you  arrived here from the blog of Crystal Davis then you're right on track.

This month I wanted to share Close To My Hearts January Stamp Of The Month "Beloved Bouquet."  I just love this Beautiful details of the flowers and abundance of sentiments.

As soon as I saw this stamp I knew I wanted to create a Vintage and Serene design.  I decided to use Colonial White as the base of my card but I also wanted to incorporate our My Reflections White Pines paper pack.  If you're like me, I usually have scraps left over after my winter creative sessions and I try to think of ways to add accents of a traditional Christmas paper into everyday creations.

The Diamond Print on the Glacier base proved perfect for the "Beloved Bouquet" card I created.  I also wanted to pull out the hint of coral in the design and decided to use our My Exclusive Inks Poppy to accomplish that feat and if I do say so my self...it turned out Beautifully :)  I finished my project with some distressing techniques and stamping off for the muted tones of the flowers.
